Hi, I'm Jillian Foraker, LCSW and founder of Tuckahoe Counseling. I believe therapy should feel safe, purposeful, and tailored to you. My approach integrates evidence-based modalities such as CBT, DBT, ACT, and family systems work, with a strong emphasis on creating a space where clients feel seen, supported, and empowered.

With years of experience supporting children, adolescents, and adults, I understand how life transitions, stress, trauma, and relational patterns can impact our wellbeing. My goal is to help you or your child gain insight, learn practical tools, and grow in resilience.

Hi, I’m Becca, a therapist at Tuckahoe Counseling. I believe therapy should feel supportive, collaborative, and tailored to your unique needs. My style is warm, energetic, and client-led, blending talk therapy with practical coping strategies so sessions are both meaningful and actionable.

I work with children, teens, adults, couples, and families, with a focus on empowerment, self-worth, and creating space for growth. My approach is trauma-informed and strengths-based, and I have experience supporting clients navigating anxiety, depression, ADHD, neurodiversity, grief, life transitions, relationships, and substance use concerns.

Hi, I’m Callie, the therapy dog at Tuckahoe Counseling! After many hours of training with my human, Jillian, I’ve learned to be a calm and comforting companion in all kinds of moments. Sometimes that means sitting quietly at your feet, sometimes it’s adding a little humor as I snore on the couch, and other times it’s simply offering a gentle presence when you need one.
These days I don’t come to the office as often since I’m getting a little older and enjoy my naps at home, but when I do, I love being part of the team.
If dogs aren’t your thing, if you’ve had a tough experience, or if being around one isn’t right for your health, just let your therapist know. I promise I won’t be offended as therapy is all about you, and the focus will always be on making sure you feel safe, comfortable, and supported.
