Do you accept insurance?
We are out-of-network providers but can provide superbills for potential reimbursement. We'll guide you through the process.

Do you offer virtual sessions?
Yes, we provide HIPAA-compliant telehealth therapy to clients throughout Virginia.

What ages do you work with?
We work with children, adolescents, and adults.

How long are sessions?
Most sessions are 50 minutes.

What is your cancellation policy?
We ask for at least 48 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations may incur a fee.

Accepted forms of Payment:
Major credit cards, Health Savings Accounts (HSA) and Checks (return fee applicable). Payment for services is due at the time of each session.
