Children & Adolescents

We support children and adolescents experiencing anxiety, emotional regulation challenges, school stress, and big changes. Therapy meets young people where they are, using play, creativity, sensory-based activities, and conversation to help them express emotions, understand their reactions, and practice new ways of coping.

Through engaging, developmentally appropriate work, kids and teens learn to name what’s going on inside, build confidence in their ability to handle hard moments, and feel more supported at home, school, and with peers.
